The english classes and the great escapade....

Hi kundans,

let us start with the English classes.... in the "down town"... thozhuthu.... as it is better known in SKC parlance..

I think we had the lambooo Geetha teacher , who married Krishnadas... ( A CPM candidate from Palakkad..... dont mistake our CK ....).

Then We had Narayani( from Ariyannur )for the non-details.........never/ever we went into details of anything.

and then we had Sthyabhama..... very strict........

Initially many of us .... including me .... thinking that we are in the college to study and that we have to safe gurad the prestige( false) of our sponsors ( they call themselves as pappas and mummys...with due respect to them )....then came the realisation .... it is a place to enjoy ..... and if you miss out this opportunity ...we are missing our lives.......so we had taken to bunking... no more to call that as bunking , it is only enjoying the freedom.......of course they say that Mahatma had earned it for us fighting British....now we are fighting(bunking - boycot) English classes for that ......I think they have included it in the curriculam only for
that........It was then, we realised that we dont need to attend English calsses to speak in English...... suresh Gopi would help......Thanks to Shaji Kailas and Ranji Pannikker for the same......

These were of course the classes to bunk and freshen your self up at the Kadrukka .... The mirror there would have seen umpteen faces combing again again......till people go bald...Most of us have seen many handicapped combs around "kadrukka- cafe coffeeday" with worn out teeths.....As reported by "dasettan", our dear "panchara" , he buys a good stock of combs every week.......then the Mirror - it would never have complained about the bad/ugly faces it would have seen over the years.....just accepting the way they are made.......for all these "Fasht Klash" facility, duly compensting Kadrukka by tasting the "slept vadas"
and "sukhiyans" with sulaimaanis.....of course at the cost of others..........Yes, it had tasted better than the "puttu kadala" at home.....because, this is freedom..... and at home you don't have a choice.....
